This was my first dive into Personal Development. And boy, am I glad I downloaded this. I got the audiobook and listend as I did dishes and cleaned my house. It ALREADY made me feel more productive. I definitely found strategies for doing some of the things I hate first - and can put a language to my procrastination. Eating my frog (workout, sending messages, laundry) as soon as possible in the day makes me feel calmer and happier the rest of the day. This is a great productivity book to start your personal development journey with!
